Lin provided a wealth of information and was very attentive to details when he was handling my order. He did not just process my order with his company, but he also went beyond the call of duty to assist me with getting multiple orders consolidated along with my shipment of steel. That selfless move by Lin saved me a lot of aggravation as well as money. Furthermore, ALL my shipment arrived in perfect condition with no damage because Lin ensured that the shipment was properly crated. I truly am grateful for the caliber of professionalism that Lin extended to me. He made the process seamless and he ensured to follow-up throughout all the phases from order to production to delivery. In terms of the fence panels, I have not put them up as yet but I am confident of the obvious quality that I received. I shall provide photographs at a later date when the fence panels have been installed. I am pleased to say that the service received from this vendor has been both superb and stellar!
